inwa77 Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use
This page contains the full terms and conditions for using the inwa77 platform. Every player must read and understand them.
Section 1 — General Agreement
This agreement is a legal agreement between the inwa77 platform (referring to the website, mobile services, and all related services) and any player. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or depositing and playing, you are considered to have read and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not continue using the platform. inwa77 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time, and any amendment takes effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
Section 2 — Eligibility to Play
To use the inwa77 platform, you must meet the conditions listed below. If anyone is found using the platform in violation of these conditions, inwa77 has the right to immediately close the account and refuse to release any remaining balance.
- Players must be 21 years of age or older. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
- Each player may open only one account, using their own real personal information.
- Players must play for enjoyment, not out of fear or desperation.
- inwa77 employees, their family members, and anyone personally connected to them may only receive promotions under restricted conditions.
- Players must not use hacked software, bots, AI assistance tools, or any automated clicking technology.
Section 3 — Opening and Managing Your Account
Opening an Account
Each player is allowed to open only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all of those accounts will be closed immediately and all balances will be frozen. The information provided when opening an account — name, date of birth, phone number — must be accurate.
Account Security
Players must keep their login credentials (login ID and password) confidential and must not share them with anyone. inwa77 takes no responsibility for any issues arising from a third party accessing your account. Therefore, players are personally responsible for any play that occurs through their account, including cases of a lost phone or a third party logged into the betting account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Before withdrawing funds, or at any time inwa77 deems necessary, players must complete identity verification (KYC). If the documents provided show discrepancies or appear to be inaccurate, inwa77 has the right to put the withdrawal on hold.
Section 4 — Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The limits and processes for deposits and withdrawals are explained below. These limits apply to all players and inwa77 reserves the right to change them without prior notice.
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks
- Deposit methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, Bank Transfer
- The account used to deposit must belong to the same person as the inwa77 account
- Third-party payments are not allowed
- Funds will be credited to the player after the deposit is verified
Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks
- Withdrawal processing time — 30 minutes to 3 hours after submission
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used to deposit
- Withdrawals are not allowed until all bonus wagering requirements have been completed
- Withdrawals will only be approved after KYC verification is passed
Section 5 — Bonus Policy
All bonuses offered by inwa77 are issued in accordance with the conditions under this section. If these conditions are not met, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
Welcome Bonus
Players making their first deposit can receive a bonus equal to 100% of the amount deposited. The maximum bonus amount is 500,000 Ks.
The wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount. Withdrawals are only allowed once this wagering requirement has been fully met.
Example (2): If you deposit 1,020,000 Ks, you receive only 500,000 Ks in bonus due to the maximum bonus cap, giving you a balance of 1,520,000 Ks. To complete the wagering requirement, you must wager 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.
Bonus General Terms & Conditions
- Each bonus can only be claimed once per person
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — they become part of your withdrawable balance only after wagering requirements are met
- If wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited
- inwa77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if activity is identified as abusive
Section 6 — Player Conduct Rules
All players must engage with the platform responsibly and respectfully at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited.
- Using hacking techniques, software exploits, or any unethical methods against the game system
- Using abusive language or making threats toward other players, staff, or that damage inwa77's reputation
- Depositing and attempting to withdraw without genuine play, which may be considered money laundering
- Systematically exploiting bonuses with the deliberate intent of bonus abuse
- Using insider information or colluding within games through back-channel methods
Section 7 — Security and Privacy Policy
inwa77 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption and does not sell or share it with third parties. For full details on how personal data is handled, please read our Privacy Policy page.
Data Protection
Personal information provided by players — including name, phone number, and payment details — is used solely to provide inwa77's services and meet legal obligations, and will not be used for any other purpose without the player's consent.
Fair Play
Games on inwa77 use a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure every player has an equal chance. Players must understand that game outcomes cannot be predicted in advance and that there is no guarantee of winning in any game.
Section 8 — Account Suspension and Closure
Closure by Player
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting us via live chat. Any remaining balance will be paid out through the payment method linked to the account. If a withdrawal is requested before bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus amount will be deducted.
Closure by inwa77
If violations of Section 2 (Eligibility) or Section 6 (Conduct) are found, inwa77 reserves the right to close the account immediately without prior notice. Any fund withholding will be explained in writing, and players may dispute this by contacting [email protected].
Self-Exclusion
Players who want to limit their gambling can request a self-exclusion through live chat. inwa77 cannot override this restriction for the duration of the exclusion period. You can read more on the Responsible Gaming page.
Section 9 — Liability Limitations
inwa77 is not responsible for any financial losses players incur from their gaming activity. By accessing and playing on the platform, players acknowledge and accept the risk that money may be lost.
- Failures or delays by third-party payment providers
- Internet connection issues on the player's end
- Losses accidentally caused by the player themselves
- Third-party software failures beyond inwa77's control
- Disputes between players or between a player and a third party
Section 10 — Amendments and Contact
inwa77 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and may take effect immediately without prior notice. All players should check back regularly to review any changes. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of that amendment.
